Rod Collins – President and Founder
Being a true innovator, Rod left the engineering industry in 1996 to form ROMulin Group. The output of that was to design and build niche-based portals, one of which was the award winning Auto-Pilot.
In 2002 Rod founded RGI Solutions, a web development company specializing in Content Management Systems serving the financial and SME sector. In 2007 Rod formed NOW-IC to compliment RGI Solutions. He now focuses on business growth and development, long-term planning, and guiding technical and product innovation.
Rod also has a passion for photography and motorsports.
Ryan Gagné – Vice President
Ryan is responsible for all day-to-day operations, customer support, training, art direction, developing and managing social media strategies, managing marketing strategies, employee management, employee training, project estimates, costing, and scheduling, budgeting and marketing.
He started his career at RGI solutions as a Graphic Designer, and was quickly promoted to Creative Director. As the VP now, his primary focus is on business growth and sustainability.
Nathan Gagné – Lead Web Developer
Nathan is our web development specialist. Combining his knowledge of video game design and graphic design, He has developed the XHTML and CSS for over 50 websites. Nathan has an extensive knowledge of PHP, J-Query, and browser compatibility. Having an eye for the small things, his focus is on search engine optimization and ease of user experience.
Tairie Richards – Project Manager / Creative Director
Tairie focuses on overseeing projects as they come in, determine and design what is needed by working with clients and allocate work to the team to complete the project. She began her career as a senior designer in Montreal working for a successful marketing business while freelancing for various other small businesses in New Brunswick, Ontario and Quebec. She’s also had the opportunity to teach Photoshop and Digital paint at the Gaming and Animation Institute of Fredericton, to students of all ages and experience levels, for two years in a row.
Aside from her career, Tairie is also a published poet, Illustrator, and Florist.
Justin Burris – Lead Programer
Justin is responsible for upgrading and evolving of our core products in addition to building and developing the next generation of products and services NOW-IC has to offer. His ability to learn new technologies and programing languages on the fly has been crucial in reducing our project development time, and his attention to detail has resulted in more stable products that require less support.
We have yet to find a challenge that Justin can’t conquer!
